We are conveniently located for your service and maintenance needs and we are qualified to repair and service all domestic and imported vehicles using parts that are equal to or exceed the standards of those parts originally used by the manufactures.

WARRANTIES
All our work (parts and labor), unless otherwise indicated on the repair order, is backed by a non-transferable 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first.

A.S.E. CERTIFICATION
The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), is the only national organization which tests technicians and certifies their competence in eight different categories of auto repair. Those few who are able to pass all eight series of tests are awarded the title "Master Technician." We actively support the ASE Certification program, and except for occasional trainees, (who work under the supervision of a Certified Master Technician); we hire only technicians who are certified in four or more categories. In addition, our technicians are selected on the basis of talents, skills, attitude and experience.

Cool Cars Auto Repair, serving the Jacksonville & Jacksonville Beach area for over 20 years, is a local business owned and operated by Hank Knox. Hank has over 35 years experience in the automotive industry and has held multiple positions in both the sales and service sectors encompassing independent and dealer operations. Cool Cars staff has an accumulated years of combined automotive experience!

FACILITY
Cool Cars Auto Repair Jacksonville Beach is housed in our own custom built facility. Our offices and customer reception areas are clean, comfortable and handicapped accessible (including restrooms). The shop itself is fully equipped with the latest in diagnostic tools from engine and drive ability scan tools to certified air conditioning, evaluation and recovery equipment. All in all, our facility is a reflection of the way we do business!

PAYMENT
Full payment is expected at the time work is completed. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.

PRICE QUOTES
Florida law requires that you sign a statement indicating whether you want a written estimate before work is done. You may, however, indicate that you do not request a written estimate (saving you a return trip). You may do this with confidence because it is our firm policy to always call you with a price quote (including tax) before repairing your car. SAME-DAY SERVICE
We try to avoid keeping your car overnight. Cars left early in the morning can usually be completed the same day (subject to the complexity of the job and availability of parts).

APPOINTMENTS
Calling in advance helps us plan our workload, and it is preferable that you leave your car so we can perform thorough diagnostics, prepare a quote, order parts, etc. We do try to reserve time for emergency repairs.
